Mental Health

Mental Health Services support our students' emotional well-being and equip them with essential skills to navigate academic and personal challenges.

Mental health evaluation and evidence-based intervention services are provided by our licensed mental health professionals at the request of school districts and/or IEP team.

We utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and educationally related mental health services (ERMHs); and we implement trauma-informed care strategies to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and positive behavior. All services are aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Services include:

  • In-depth psychological evaluations conducted by a licensed psychologist

  • Psycho-Social Evaluations conducted by a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

  • Case Management

  • Counseling & conflict resolution for individuals, groups, families, and people in-crisis, and focused as needed on overcoming barriers to treatment for traumatized youth who live and remain in chronically stressful and unstable environments

  • Parent trainings, conducted in compliance with IDEA to ensure a trauma-sensitive and supportive environment
